Administrative Secretary


Position Overview: works under the direction of the Chief of Staff, is responsible for administrative support, data entry, correspondence, emails, routing callers, record maintenance, modifies various documents with Microsoft office, maintain schedule and calendar.


Essential Functions of the Job:



+ Ability to communicate in the English Language


+ Computer knowledge and data entry


+ Handle information request


+ Prepare reports


+ Manage spreadsheets


+ Schedule meetings and arrange locations


+ Prepare confidential documents


+ Receive, route and relay telephone messages


+ Direct general public and employees to appropriate staff member


+ Maintain electronic filing system


+ Special project assignment per Director of Operations or Director of Training.


+ Supports inter-and intra-departmental cooperation by contributing to effective working relationships


+ Accomplishes task in timely fashion and within deadlines


+ Enhances the company's customer service by maintaining a professional appearance and disposition
